Joplin Public Library is proud to partner with the Joplin School District’s Nutritional Services department to provide free lunches to area children starting Monday, June 30.  Any child, under 18 years, is eligible to receive a sack lunch.&nb

Local storyteller Sue Godsey will present "Color Our World Together," an interactive storytelling experience about making the world a better place by working together. 

Pick up an adult take-home kit in the Reference area! This kit includes supplies and instructions to create a small light using a ping pong ball and a flameless candle. Kits are first come, first serve, and available while supplies last. 

Whether you're a chess pro or have never picked up a pawn, this club is for you! Come sharpen your skills or learn a new one with us in the teen department. Boards provided. This program is open to grades 6-12.

Whether you crochet, knit, stitch, draw, or paint, bring along your current project and chat with us! All crafts are welcome!
